How will I be notified if my site goes down?
Pro plans receive an email the moment a site goes offline, and again when it recovers. You can also point Monitra at a webhook — Discord URLs get a message, anything else gets JSON. We never spam you while a site stays down.
What if my site returns 200 but is actually broken?
Set an expected piece of text when you add a website. If the page loads without it, the check counts as down — so error pages served with a 200 do not slip past.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page — no questions asked.
